Delivery Methods

We ship all orders across South Africa using The Courier Guy, Aramex, or PostNet, depending on your location and package size.
Standard national delivery rates and timelines apply.

If you're in a remote or rural area, extra delivery fees may apply. Please contact us before ordering so we can confirm courier coverage for your postal code and any potential additional costs. You can also place your order via phone or email.

Delivery Time

Orders are processed and delivered within 3 to 8 business days.
Processing takes place Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays).
Delays may occur during high-demand periods or load-shedding disruptions.

Shipping Fees

           R99 flat rate for orders under R1,200

           FREE shipping on orders R1,200 and up
(after any discounts, before VAT)

Oversized or Bulky Items

Products like roof racks, car roof boxes, or heavy accessories may carry additional handling and shipping fees. We will contact you after checkout to confirm final charges and the shipping method.

Collect from Pickup Points

Prefer to collect?
We offer free delivery to designated pickup points or partner stores in major cities including:
Johannesburg, Cape Town, Durban, Pretoria, and Bloemfontein.

You’ll receive a notification when your package is ready, and it will be held under your name for collection. Please bring your order confirmation or ID.

Missing or Delayed Orders

If your order hasn’t arrived within the expected timeframe, contact us immediately.
We’ll investigate the issue with the courier and provide an update or resolution.

Report Deadline:

All delivery issues must be reported within 45 days of placing your order.
We may be unable to assist with claims made after this period.
